A-bike Crack Down on Counterfeit Ones  Infringers Will Be Sued  

A-bike , researched and developed by Sinclair Research in UK,  is the smallest bike in the world. As its Chinese exclusive agent “Beijing Mind & Life” company (a trade company committed to convenient life ) has carried out an activity named “Storm Action” to crack down on counterfeit ones in China. They claimed that the “Storm Action” was aimed at “portal cleaning” for those faked A-bikes in China for the first round, and the retailers of Dongfeng Nissan and Taobao website are on the cleaning list. Among the units on the list, two companies of Beijing APX are going to be sued with perpetuation of evidence on the spot. What’s more, Beijing Mind & Life company has sent correspondences on this subject to Dongfeng Nissan and Taobao website, and has been in discussions with platforms like Alibaba  website about cooperation in right-safeguarding.  

Chen Jiang, the spokesman of Mind &Life company said that A-bike, invented by the famous English inventor sir Sinclair, is the smallest bike in the world. It is very popular among the European and American customers because of its portable design, and its simple and modern style. Though A-bike didn’t find its agents to enter China until 2009.1, there had been faked A-bikes since 2006 and the phenomenon is becoming increasingly serious. Take Taobao for example, there has been more than 8000 propagandas and sales information with right encroachment. Among the encroachments, the faked A-bikes sold by Jiayou Home Shopping company, Beijing APX, and Dongfeng Nissan have badly encroached on customers’ legal rights and threw heavy shadow on A-bike’s brand image. According to Beijing Mind & Life company, “There is high security risk in the faked A-bikes. In order to keep our customers from the hurt from the counterfeits, we will punish those retailing entities with the help of law.”
