Out for lunch
I used to eat meals in front of my computer-i will browse the web i often visit and send some letters of personal e-mails.When i'm acknowledged by more and more customers,i never dominate my time that my time for lunch is interrupted by the telephone one by one.Don't turn your time for lunch to be another style of working time.
......But to be wholesome feeded
Healthy limb create healthy brain.It's really convenient to eat the foods as doughnut(like snacks ) whereas it's better to rest for eating more healthy substance.It will induce worried even if sad having meals dull and malnourished(I think the self-esteem will be at the low level if consuming snacks in Mcdonald's).I suggest you intake food with rich nourishment-which will not only enrich yourself but also provide you sufficient nourishment and dispel the fatigue or faintness from you.
Put aside the domestic computer
Be far way from your domestic computer after a pretty busy day-You can delay your personal programming into tomorrow.And your personal programming is more bothering than your working affairs which obviously should not be your due.Well have a nice night.
An interest/exercise without technology required
It's best to have passion for the hobby unrelated with computer.Body exercise is better which can maintain your body shape.I usually hear about the programmers talk about everything about the programming-temporarily jump out from the cycle of programming and find out another savour such as cooking,playing chess,playing footaball and so on.
Take some time to be together with your friends
The budies usually shall be have a large range of interests except computer.Plan a weekend to go out with friends to barbecue countryside,see a film,play electronic games,play footaball or barly take a walk together.It's meaningless for merely sending a message.
Enjoy a holiday
When everything about work becomes exactly difficult,don't be worried about your vacation-which can absolutely isolate you from the intolerable job.You should neither go aboard for tourism or take a tour,it's ok if you're willing to stay at home.The essence of holiday is not for work.
Thinking over whether programming is fit for you
If you have no ideas in principle and the job of programming has influenced your family,health and mind so that just drop it.There are lots of jobs outside,maybe other professional is better for you.As you know that programming can't replace all as a conclusion you don't have to bear and forbear for the sake of work.
