Outline of the story:
On the prosperous Central streets,with a loud explosion,a hundred million dollars,which was on the securinty car to American Bank,was robbed by TianYangsheng(acted by Jacky Wu) and his migratory cahoot. Because they used bombs so it led to great airflow and many inculpable passebys died,which including a policeman Chen Jin(acted by Nicholas Tse)’s fiancee. From then on,Jin impawned to catch Tian and avenge upon him. However, Tian and the hundred million dallors had already disappeared.
Half year later,on the late-night highway,the police group leading by novicating policeman FangYiwei met with violent raid when they were jerquing a mystic car. All team memebers were badly harmed. In the car,there sit the brigand bloc leading by Tian. There had many master-hands in the group and there had a undercover police named WeiJinda ,who was latent in the brigand bloc around two years. After making sure that Tian appeared again,the high-level police officers were all attached importance to it. Senior Superintendents ZhangWenyao and LuoPeiquan worked together to scheme a chain co-operation and sweared to catch criminal Tian.
According to data of undercover policemen, they knew WeiJinda had a brother named WeiJinhao(acted by Jacycee),who was a cop. Hao was interviewed by the Regional Crime Unit. Because of his embarrassed identity,he was bandhed provisionally. Hao believed his brother was blameless,so he disided to find his brother by himself. At the same time, in order to find some new evidence,Jin took Tiger,the criminal of the ammunition case,to the actual locale of the crime. But Tian and his cahoot appeared suddenly and rescued Tiger away. The angry Jin had been waiting for Tian appearing again. But he was one person only,how could he antagonize with those dangerous people? Jin thus got injured by falling from the third floor height……

FangYiwei:acted by Yue Shawn A novicating policeman,the star of tomorrow in police office,arrogant and impetuous. In a late night search operation in the car,he was forced to swallow bullets. Wei wasnn’t resigned by this humiliation and he was to capture Tian at any cost.

LiangKailin:acted by Elanne Kwong Civilian police in Intelligence Bureau,girlfriend of FangYiwei,tender and beautiful. In order to assist Wei escape from difficulties,she used her anthority to provide relevant imformation and clues to her boyfriend. In a dangerous situation,she even gave up everything to stay together with wei.
