家居适合种植哪些植物有益健康？　　

由于室内阳光照射时间较短，所以选择植物最好是能比较长时间耐荫蔽的阴生观叶植物或半阴生植物为主，如文竹、万年青、龟背竹、棕竹、虎尾兰、橡皮树等。工作繁忙的人可选择生命力较强的植物，如万年青、虎耳草、佛肚树、竹节秋海棠等。当然植物界各种功能也有各自分工。

　　1.净化空气的植物：

　　吊兰、黛粉叶等，对装修后室内残存的甲醛、氯、苯类化合物具较强吸收能力

　　芦荟、菊花等可以减少居室内苯的污染；

　　雏菊、万年青等可以有效消除三氟乙烯的污染；

　　月季、蔷薇等可吸收硫化氢、苯、苯酚、乙醚等有害气体。

　　在室内养虎尾兰、龟背竹、一叶兰等叶片硕大的观叶花草植物，能吸收80%以上的多种有害气体，净化空气。

　　芦荟、景天等，晚上不但能吸收二氧化碳，放出氧气，还能使室内空气中的负离子浓度增加

　　2.芳香植物

　　植物的芳香有抗菌成分，可以清除空气中的细菌和病毒，具有保健功能，如仙人掌、文竹、常青藤、秋海棠气味有杀菌抑菌之力，同时，植物的芳香还可以调节人的神经系统，如丁香、茉莉可使人放松，有利于睡眠；

　　玫瑰、紫罗兰可使人精神愉快，有发奋工作的欲望；

　　夜来香、锦紫苏、驱蚊草等气味有驱蚊除蝇作用。但香味不能太浓，否则会引起副作用，如丁香久闻会引起烦闷气喘，影响记忆力；夜来香夜间排出废气使高血压、心脏病患者感到郁闷；郁金香含毒碱，连续接触两个小时以上会头昏；含羞草有羞碱，经常接触引起毛发脱落。

　　3.立体绿化居室的植物：

　　在家居周围栽种爬山虎、葡萄、牵牛花、紫藤、蔷薇等攀援植物，让它们顺墙或顺架攀附，形成一个绿色的凉棚，可有效地减少阳光辐射，大大降低室内温度。

　　至于曾一度被传为可促癌的52种植，至今尚没有确切致癌的报道，特别是这52种植物中只有不到10种在园林中种植，家庭栽培的更少，无需担心。但种植下例植物时还是要注意：

　　夹竹桃全株有毒，含有多种强心甙，中毒后会恶心呕吐、腹泻，可致命；水仙花鳞茎有毒，含有石蒜碱等，中毒后会呕吐、腹痛；一品红其白色浮汁有毒，人体接触后能引起皮肤红肿，误食后会呕吐、腹痛；万年青内含草酸和天门冬毒等，如果误食可致口腔、咽喉、食道、胃肠粘膜等灼伤，甚至损害声带。

　　中国预防医科院病毒所曾毅院士对植物所含物质的促癌作用进行了研究，从1693种中草药和植物中共检出18个科中的52种植物含有促癌物质。这些植物多属大戟科和瑞香科，其中铁海棠、变叶木、乌柏、红背桂花、油桐、金果榄等一些市民家中及公园里常见的观赏性花木均含有促癌物质。

　　52种致癌植物包括：石粟、变叶木、细叶变叶木、蜂腰榕、石山巴豆、毛果巴豆、巴豆、麒麟冠、猫眼草、泽漆、甘遂、续随子、高山积雪、铁海棠、千根草、红背桂花、鸡尾木、多裂麻疯树、红雀珊瑚、山乌桕、乌桕、圆叶乌桕、油桐、木油桐、火殃勒、芫花、结香、狼毒、黄芫花、了哥王、土沈香、细轴芫花、苏木、广金钱草、红芽大戟、猪殃殃、黄毛豆付柴等。

As indoor sunlight is shorter,so it is better to choose the shade-resistant foliage plants and half shade -resistant plants which can keep a long time no sunlinght.Such as setose asparagus,evergreen，monstera deliciosa , lady palm,sansevieria ,balata and so on.Busy people can choose the strong vitality of plants,such as evergreen,saxifrage,Jatropha podagrica,scarletbegoniaBegoniacoccinea .Of course, kinds of flora features also  have their divivision.

 

1.The air purification plant:

 

Spider plant,dieffenbachia amoena and so forth,have a  stronger absorption capacity to 

Formaldehyde,chlorine,benzene compound which are relicted after internal decoration.

Aloe,chrysanthemum etc. can decrease pollution of  benzene in the house.
