Why can there be so much life on Earth?

Question: There is a rich variety of living organisms in the world. According to incomplete calculations there are somewhere between 5 million and 50 million species on the planet. Among these there are 40,000 species of vertebrates, 750,000 species of insect and 250,000 species of complex plants. Why can the Earth support so much life?

Answer: We have counted up all the Earth's species from the ancient past until the present day including all those species which have already become extinct to come and with an objective figure. Compared to the other active celestial bodies in the universe, the Earth really is a very ‘productive’ planet.

Seeing creatures flying in the air, moving along the ground and swimming in the water is a feast for the eyes1. There are three reasons why the Earth has so many types of living thing:

No1. The Earth has a huge number of types of original material energy2

No2. The release of original biological matter from the Earth’s core took place over such a long time.

No3. The Earth benefited from a complex run of good fortune and an ever-changing environment.

The types of original material energy on a celestial body are always comparative. Compared to other planets in the Solar System, it is clear that the Earth has a rich source of original matter. Even compared to other medium sized celestial bodies in the universe, the sources of original material energy on Earth are not only varied and numerous, but the Earth’s reserves can be counted on the fingers of one hand. This is the condition necessary for so many forms of life to appear on Earth.

The reason for the existence of all life on Earth is due to the widespread existence of original ecological matter in the universe. This type of semi-matter between matter and non-matter was originally being dispersed throughout the universe. When the Earth was just being formed this matter was absorbed and became a part of the Earth’s primary material composition. As soon as it became part of the Earth itself this ecological matter began to transform into the Earth’s primary biological matter.

The concept of the Earth’s original biological matter is a very vague one. It (the matter) has never been physically observed by humanity, but its release and evolutionary effect can be seen everywhere.

As the smallest units of life, the Earth’s original biological matter was the catalyst for starting life on Earth. This biological matter gradually moved upwards layer by layer from the Earth’s core to the outside. Its long lasting release was related to its huge abundance on Earth. Only because its total quantity was so great could it have gone so far. Only because the quantity was so large could such a fortuitous result have occurred. This allowed a dense layering of the matter, allowing such a variety of life to emerge.

The Earth’s complicated conditions under which its good fortune could come about is also a new concept. Simply put, if, during the process of releasing the biological matter from the Earth’s core, conditions such as a different chemical composition, a different global temperature, a different surface light, a different natural environment or a different geographical set-up were encountered the chances are that the resulting life on Earth would have been very different. This also includes factors such as the size of the released biological matter and its strength which also affect the formation process of life. This leads to different results, creating huge creatures like dinosaurs and tiny creatures such as flies.

We can take the example of plants to illustrate the final chapter of the fortuitous creation of life. After the Earth’s original biological matter had undergone its release and several rounds of evolution it finally came close to reaching the Earth’s crust. If at that time it had encountered an aquatic environment the chances are that aquatic plant seeds would have been created and grown into aquatic plants. If the biological matter had encountered dry land the chances are that land plant seeds would have developed and grown into land plants. This is like a lantern festival dumpling. Dropping a lantern festival dumpling into water makes a boiled dumpling. Dropping one into a pot of oil makes a fried dumpling. Although they were both originally dumplings they came across different conditions and the final results are completely different.

The Earth’s run of good fortune is endless with so many conditions and factors involved. So although many species have already become extinct there is still such a huge number of surviving species that have undergone the evolutionary process up till the present day. This is a great treasure worthy of our protection. The transition and vitality of a celestial body reflects the brilliance of life itself. What is more precious than the emergence of species? In order to understand the concept of the Earth’s original biological matter we must realize that once it had been released it was permanently released. This is like a woman who has passed childbearing age. Once she has been sterilized she cannot bear children again. Afterwards only those children who have already been born can go forward and multiply.

Question: Your opinions are very new and not well understood. Can you give us a simple, clearer explanation?

Answer: If people want to be in a position to know the origins of life this is very difficult. I can give you a few points to focus your thoughts on.

1.    The formation of life on Earth is closely linked to the huge amount of matter in the universe.

 2.    The evolutionary process of the Earth’s material energy depends on the environment. There is no analogy.

 3.    The causes of the biological phenomena found in the Earth’s crust must be found within the Earth itself. There exists a causal relationship between the Earth’s inner layers and the crust.

 4.    All tangible life on Earth is simply a collection of biological energy from intangible life forms.

5.    The collective run of good fortune experienced by the Earth is much like liquid solidifying.

6.    The key to exploring the origins of life is to open up a new way of thinking. Simply following the evidence leads nowhere.

Notes:

1 Literally: Flying in the air, moving on the ground, swimming in the water; such a feast for the eyes.

2 A source of energy made up of matter that was always in existence. It was not created on the Earth, but existed before the creation of Earth.
