13 Things You Must Balance in Your Life
It is not easy to keep the balance of life. Actually, we are in a word that is filled with chaotic and unbalanced things. I think most of us even don’t know what should pay special attention (let alone balance them).
Of course, it is easy to access a balanced life. There’s one kind of people who live a circulated life everyday: wake up, eat work, eat, and sleep… just these. If you don’t spend some time to think about the changes in every aspect of your life, you will loose balance easily.
The following are 13 suggestions. Do you still remember the latest time you intended to improve these aspects?
1. Your Spending
Is there too much spending? Most people have the same feeling. Calculate the circulation of cash and how many can be saved every month. However, don’t be too economical, for example, birthday presents and necessary commodities of life should not be shortened. Remember money can’t be brought with when birth or die.
2. Your Time
It is not easy to balance your time. Sometimes we are so busy that we may forget some important things. Time is limited to everyone. So try to balance it.
3. Your Diet
Eat your fill when lunch without breakfast, which is a habit of most people and they feel good. But a rich breakfast and a suitable supper is the best balance.
4. Your Checkbook
Conduct your financial transactions may increase your finance. Try it if you don’t believe it.
5. Your Children
Make sure the life of your children is balanced. They should learn to pain while gain, study while play, and read books while watch TV.
6. Your Meals
There is too much carbohydrate and fat or they are not very health. A little junk food once in a while is OK, but too much will bring you some problems.
7. Your Net Worth
Income and Expenditure Account: income-debts= net assets.
The left of the formula is equal to the right. In theory, you can see the increasing of the net assets.
8. Your Relationships
Does your friend leave you alone? Do you leave your friend alone? A good friendship is balanced, contemplating, rich pleasing and challenging.
9. The Tires on Your Car
Too much people neglected this point. It may help you save thousand miles running petrol, and make you safer.
10. Your Goals
Goals are not supposed to be too difficult or unpractical. But if they are, they may stipulate and practice you.
11. Education and Action
The actions are not trained always result in heavy mistakes or dangers. Lacking actions, we may think we lack a platform to show ourselves. So, use it, or loose it. That’s a lesion.
12. Positives and Negatives
Too much praises keep us from progresses. We also need some negative, such as constructive analyses or critics. If you don’t think you can get any, take the initiative to ask others for some comments on your work.
13. Your Portfolio
Make a balance between your stocks and bonds, then adjust a long-term financial living goal that is suitable to you according to your age.
