译文: the Six Grades of a Manager

1.the worst :He/She does nothing so that there is nothing for his/her subordinates to do.

I can't show even an example because they are so far away from prominence that they give no impression to people.

You know it 's a view of sb's back, but have no idea about who it is, which can give no deep impression.

2.the third grade:He/She wrestles out while his/her subordinates have their hands free.

The life end of this kind of people is only to be exhausted.

A good manager must learn how to distribute work to his/her subordinates and  how to make others rather than himself/herself be exhausted.

3.the second grade:He/She wrestles out with his/her subordinates.

The iron man Wang Jinxi is such an example:)

4.the first grade :He/She does nothing while his/her subordinates wrestle out.

Jack Welch of GM is such an example.

5.the superior first grade:He/She only needs to live.

Like Konosuke Matsushita, to live is a flag ,which leads Panasonic forwards continuously.

6. the best grade:He/She doesn't need to live.

Our great Deng Xiaoping belongs to this rank.No matter he  lives or dies, socialism with distinct Chinese characteristics and the policy of reform and opening-up which gives our country more power keep in our Chinese minds for ever.
