 但凡叫管理者就会有一定的自主权,而人又是最愿意原谅自己的,所以当管理者为管理不好而烦恼时,往往是管理者本身出了差错,这是就是我们该重视管理自己的时候了.

       管理时间       守时是最重要的,试想一下一个经常迟到,经常加班没有时间观念的人,他所领导的队伍一定是一团糟.所以从现在开始学会守时.

       管理金钱      俗话说得好,成在勤俭败在奢,当你掏到第一桶金的时候,别着急享受,该省得省,该花的花,扩大再生产是最重要的,历史的经验告诉我们打江山容易守江山难.

       管理情绪        管理情绪是一种能力,当然做到:"突然降之而不惊,无故加之而不怒,"的确不容易,但管理情绪却在证明你的修炼程度.

      学会说不          在原则问题上,一定要会说不.说不带来的不良后果,远远要比不会说不带来的不良后果小的多.

       不要抱怨          在遇到新的环境,往往有四种选择,一是适应环境;一是离开环境;一是改变环境,一是抱怨环境,前三种都是可以选择的,只有第四种是不可取的,抱怨是不能解决任何问题的,真正的职业经理人是不会抱怨的,因为大家都明 白,说话就是为了造就人的

       成为内行          现在的时代已经到了,把问题交给专家的时候了,一个外行只能是败家子,尽快学习成为内行,你可以不精,但不可以不懂,只有内行才能管理内行.

       练就口才          人才不见得有口才,但有口才的人一定是人才,有口才的人可有效的表达自己的思想,可以把正确的理念传达下去,成为搬动别人思想的人.

       学会协作           管理者还要学会与别人合作,要会当红花,也要会当绿叶,现在已不是单打独斗的时候了,大中国IBM总裁说过:"现在是打群架的时候了"!说的就是协作.

       使用人才           人尽其才,物尽其用,每个人都有其长处,学会使用使用下属的长处,才能充分发挥人的主观能动性。

      Anyone called manager should have certain autonomy, and people are most willing to forgive themselves, so when managers are annoyed for bad management which are always caused by their own mistakes, then it's the time to take managing themselves seriously.   

    Time management        Punctuality is the most important thing, imagine a person who late frequently, often work overtime without the concept of time,the team he leads must be a mess. So from now on,to be punctual.

   Money Management       As the saying goes, sucess through industry and failure owe to extravagant, when you get your first bucket of gold, don't rush to enjoy it,which should be saved ,which should be spent, expansion is one of the most important things,historical experience told us it takes years to build trust and seconds to destroy it.

   Emotion Management      Emotion management is a kind of ability, of course it's not easy to make it as: " Not frightened when bad thing happened suddenly , and not anger if be pressed without reason", but emotion management proves the degree of your emotion control .

  Learn to say no     In principle, be sure to say no. The bad consequence if say no is  far more than you wouldn't.

   No complaining     In the new environment, often have four kinds of choices, One, to adapt to the environment;Two, to leave the environment;Three, to change the environment;Four,to complain the environment, the first three are for choice, only the fourth is inadvisable, complaining can't solve any problems, the real professional managers will not complaining, because everyone knows,talk is for making people.

   To be a professional     It coms the times to hand the problems to the experts, a layman is only a spendthrift, become a professional as soon as possible, you can not so pure, but can't be ignorant, only professionals can manage experts.

     Train eloquence       Not a talent has eloquence, but who has eloquent must be a talent,an eloquent man can express his ideas efficiently, can convey the concepts correctly, to become the person who can move others' thoughts.

  Learn to cooperate    Managers have to learn to cooperate with others, can be a leading role, also can be a supporting role, it's not the time fighting alone,The President of Chinese IBM said: "Now it's the time for a gang war!" That's saying collaboration.

 Use the talent      Make the best possible use of men and materials, everyone has his asset,learn to use subordinates' strengths,thus can fully exert the activeness of people.
