对于一个年轻人来讲，去找工作的时候，最重要的不是老板给你多少钱，而是找到一个好的平台，选择一个好的行业，找到一个有本事的老板。你去找事做的时候，你最好这么说：“你给我多少钱都可以，我先给你做一个月再说。你认为我值多少钱，你就给我多少钱”。如果你按这个方式去找老板，很多老板都会很喜欢你的。你去做事的时候，你不要在乎老板给你什么，你一定让老板相信你，第二要把你的事做成一流，把自己培养成某一方面的行家里手。做了一个月之后，你觉得值得留下来，你就留下来。如果认为不值得，那就另外换老板。如果按这样的心态去做事，你天天都会很快乐，你的进步也会很快，你也容易成为行业的高手，你会很有成就感。

    因为大部分老板都会缺钱的，你在做事的过程中，你如果觉得这个老板值得信赖，有本事，行业有前途，你就可以把钱借给你的老板。如果不符合，那你就再换一个老板。

    其实投资理财，钱只是一个方面，最重要是自己的智慧，你要把自己的智慧与钱结合起来，把自己培养成某个方面的行业里手很重要。如果你跟对了人，你就可以把钱借给他。当然你不要性急啊！你开始按固定的利息借给他，但是到了一定的时间，如果你觉得这个行业确实有前途，这个老板确实有本事，那你就可以要求老板将你的钱转化为股份。如果你天天考虑老板给你多少工资，你是不快乐的。他给你1000块钱，你只做1000块钱的事。给你5000元，你做5000元的事。给你10000元，你就做10000元的事。甚至给你10000元，你只想做9000元的事。如果你做11000元的事，就觉得自己赔了。那样你是不快乐的，那样你就不会有成就感，那样你就学不到真的本事，那样老板就不会喜欢你。所以我讲的投资理财，也是最关键的是这点。

    要把自己的智慧结合起来，成为某个方面的行家里手，还要注意建立自己的诚信品牌。这样才更容易得到股份。

    其次，在中国的未来，拥有财富的多少，不在乎你多么聪明，也不在乎你多么勤奋，而在乎你在哪里拥有股份。但是人家如果不相信你，他会给你股份吗？如果你不是某个方面的行业高手，他会给你股份吗？对于一个真正想赚更多钱的人，不要靠拿死工资，一个拿死工资的人是没有前途的。我去年跟张五常教授到三一重工去讲课的时候，三一重工的执行总裁，他在创业的时候，只占了很小的股份，现在就变成了上亿的资产。当时梁稳根在湖南涟源创业的时候，只要愿意入股的都可以得到股份，得到了股份的人现在都成了富翁。就是因为当时资金稀缺嘛！稀缺就值钱嘛！

    现在你到股票市场上买的股票不是稀缺资源，所以不值钱。但是在那个时候，据说在三一重工有一个人也有入股机会，他本人也很想入股，但是他当时找了一个女朋友。他女朋友说：“你不买房子，我就不嫁给你”。所以他把自己的2万钱买了房子，就与入股的机会失之交臂，所以错过了机会，就得不到实惠。

    如果你入了股，你是给自己做事，老板当然就会重用你。如果你没有入股，那些好的机会是不会优先给你的，除非是万不得已。

    我有些观点和方法，大家不一定很认同。比方说有些政府官员，他们的钱也没地方投资。我告诉他们：“你们可以多跟老板们交朋友，同时多跟公检法机关那些人品好人的交朋友，然后再把钱按市场利率借给需要钱的老板，他们一般是不敢耍赖的。我为什么要大家跟公检法机关那些人品好的人交朋友呢？因为我不是要你去勾结他们去害老板们。因为在我们中国特殊的环境下，这样的身份，可以更好地保护你的合法权益，这样利人利己有什么不好呢？跟公检法机关那些人品好的人交朋友，一起把钱借给那些需要钱的老板们，确实可以更好地保护自己的合法权益。这不是给企业添麻烦，不是害他们，是帮他们。

    还有就是做会计的，会计专业是非常好的专业。我告诉很多学生，你不一定要考会计师，也不一定要考注册会计师，只要是会计就可以了。但有一个前提，你人品要好，要值得人家信赖，要把老板的事当做自己的事去做。你给老板做事不要太在乎他给你多少钱，他不会亏待你的。聪明的老板，怎么会亏待一个优秀的员工呢？那是老板不行嘛！如果是他不行，你是可以换老板的。作为一个会计，因为你在给老板做重要的事，所以他的财务状况你不知道吗，他的信誉好不好，你不知道吗？他有没有实力，企业有没有前途，你不知道吗？你在了解这些细节的前提下把钱借给他是很安全的。我告诉很多人，作为一个会计不要跟老板斤斤计较，否则他就对你不放心。你不跟他计较，你把自己当做老板，把事情做好，做成一流，然后再把钱借给他。这里面还有一个技巧，当老板很缺钱的时候，本来是你自己的钱，你可以对老板说：“我帮你去借一笔钱，只不过人家的利息要高一点，我给我担保”。万一老板不按时还钱，你讨钱也好讨一些啊！善意的谎言不代表欺骗，因为你借钱给他是在帮他，不是在害他。你在那里做出纳或者做会计，我又不要你多要他的钱，你保护你自己的那份钱，还保不住吗？所以我告诉很多的会计这样去理财，不但自己成长得很快，钱也赚了不少，老板也喜欢他（她）。做一阵子后，如果你觉得这个企业有前途的时候。你可以对老板说：“我跟你这么多年，我认为你值得信赖，很有能力，我以前借给你的那些钱可以转换成你公司的股份吗？”这样，也许你就拥有股份了。

Because most bosses are lack of money, in the process you work, if you think this boss is believable, skillful and the field has prospect，you can lend your money to your boss. If it doesn’t come up to these requirements, you can change a boss.

In fact, money is only one aspect in investment and financing，the most important is your wisdom. It is very important to make yourself be an expert in one field by combining your wisdom with money. If you follow the right person, you may lend your money to him. Of course you don’t hothead! You can lend him money according to steady interest at the beginning, but after a certain time, if you think this field has prospects indeed, and this boss has ability indeed, then you can request your boss transform your money to shares. If you consider everyday how much salary the boss gives you, you will not be happy. If he gives you ￥1000, you may only do things worth ￥1000。If he give you ￥5000， you may do things worth ￥5000. If he give you ￥10000, you may do things worth ￥10000. Even if he give you ￥10000, you may only want to do things worth ￥9000. If you do things worth ￥11000, you may think you pay damage. If you do so, you will not be happy, will not have the achievability, and will not learn the real skill，then your boss will not like you. So it is also the most important point to the investment and financing I said before.

If you want to combine your wisdom to become the expert in one field, you should take a note to build your honest band. Like this, you may get shares more easily.

Second, in the future of China, how much wealth you own, is not depended on how clever you are or how hard you work, but where you own shares. But if he don’t believe you, will he give you shares? If you are not the expert in one field, will he give you shares? To a man who want to earn more money indeed, don’t depend on steady salary, a man depend on steady salary has no prospect. Last year, when I made a speech in SanYi Heavy Manufacturing together with Professor Zhang Wuchang, the CEO of SanYi Heavy Manufacturing, who only had took a small share when he started his own business, which became billion assets。 When Wen Liangzhu started his own business in Lianyuan, Hunan, anyone wanted to buy a share could gain it, and people who gained shares become wealthy. Just because fund was scarce at that time! Scarceness is valuable!

Now the shares you buy in the stock market are not scarce resource, so they are valueless. But at that time, it was said that there was one person had a chance to buy a share, and he also wanted to buy a share, but he had a girlfriend at that time. His girlfriend said:“if you don’t buy house, I will not marry you.” So he used ￥20,000 to buy a house, missing the chance to buy a share. So if you miss the chance, you will not gain the profit.

If you become a shareholder, you will work for yourself, and of course the boss will put you into an importance position. If you are not a shareholder, those good chances won’t be given to you priority，unless there is no other way.

I have some opinion and methods, you may not agree. Such as some government officials whose money has no place to invest. I told them:“you can make friends with bosses, and those people with good quality in public security organs, procuratorial organs and people's courts, then according to market interest rates, and lend your money to those bosses who need money, and those bosses can’t dare act shamelessly. Why did I request you to make friends with those people with good quality in public security organs, procuratorial organs and people's courts? I don’t mean you should collude with them to harm bosses. Because in the particular environment in China, such identity can protect your legal rights and benefits, so, why is it not good for benefiting others and yourself? Making friends with those people with good quality in public security organs, procuratorial organs and people's courts, and lend money to those bosses who need money, can protect your legal rights and benefits indeed. It doesn’t add trouble to enterprise, not harm them, but help them.”

Besides, accountant is a good major. I told many students may not test for the accountant, only accountant is ok. But there is a premise, you should have good quality, be worth others trusting you, and do boss’s things as your things. Don’t care how much salary he gives you when you work for boss, he won’t treat you unfairly. How can a clever boss treat an excellent employee unfairly? If like this, it’s the boss that is not good! If he is not good, you can change your boss. As an accountant, you are doing important things for boss, so you must know financial situation，its credit，strength, and prospect. It’s safe if you lend money to him after knowing these details. I told many people, as an accountant, don’t haggle over every ounce with boss, or he will not be reassured to you. Don’t haggle with him, considering you as boss, doing things best, then lend money to him. There is a skill in this, when the boss need money urgently, you can said to boss:“ I will help you to lend money, but the interest will be higher, but I can vouch for you.” In case if the boss don’t pay back your money, you can ask for money easier! Kind lie doesn’t representative chief, for lending your money to him is to help him, not harm him. You work as an accountant there, is not asking for more salary, but protect your own money. So I told many accountants to finance like this, not only make yourself grow fast, but also can earn much money and the boss likes him/her too. After working for some time, if you think this company has prospect, you can said to your boss:“ I have followed with you for so many years, I think you are dependable, and have ability, can the money I lent to you transform to shares of your company?” Just like this, maybe you will have your own shares.
