生活可以一天比一天幸福。感觉幸福不幸福全在我们的态度。一天之中我们会遇到各种各样事情,有些对幸福感并没有什么帮助。对那些不愉快的事情,我们可以去想,也可以不去想;对那些高兴的事情,我们可以去品位,也可以不去品位——一切都在我们自己。我们每天都要经历很多事情。如果我们让外界发生的事情影响我们的情绪,我们就会成为外界的奴隶,那岂不是让外界来掌握我们的命运了吗?从另一角度考虑,我们完全可以摆脱外界的影响,让我们的生活幸福起来,而且我们还可以做很多事情,让我们更加幸福。
什么是幸福?不同的人有不同的体验。在我看来,幸福是一种感觉,一种内心平和与满足的感觉,是一种没有忧虑、恐惧、没有魂绕梦牵想法的经历。我们做了我们喜欢做的事情,得到了、赢得了或者取得了我们认为有价值的东西,此时我们就觉得很幸福。幸福表面看来是“好事”带来的结果,实际上是由外界情况引发的一种内心感受。对多数人来讲,幸福是游移不定的,因为他们的生活总是受外界的影响。保持幸福的最好办法就是通过日常的修炼使内心平和;心态平和了,就很容易养成一种情不自禁的选择幸福的习惯。下面这几点供你参考,做到这些,一定会让你的日常生活增加幸福感。
第一,努力改变看问题的角度,总是看好的一面。别让心思纠缠在消极或者困难的事情上。
第二,要想解决问题的办法,别老想着问题本身。
第三,听一些放松而又激励人心的音乐。
第四,常看令你捧腹大笑的喜剧、小品或者相声。
第五,每天腾出一点时间读几页令人鼓舞的图书或者文章。
第六,警惕思想动态。一旦你想起了不好的事情,赶快停下,转到高兴的事情上去。
第七,经常想想自己做过的事情,不要想没做过的事情。早上起来,你想好了一天要完成的几件事情,到了晚上你会觉得不高兴或者很沮丧,原因在于你早上计划的事情没做完。多想那些做完了的事情,当然不是那些没能做成的事情。一天之中你可能做了不少事情,可是有几件小事情没做完,你的情绪会很受影响。这对你来说是很不公平的。
第八,.每天都给自己做点好事,可以是小事,诸如给自己买一本书、吃点自己喜欢的吃的、看一个自己喜欢的电视节目或者电影、在街上散步等等。
第九,每天至少做一件让别人高兴的事情。可以是一句话,温暖了同事的心,也可以是在路口停下车让行人先过,也可以是在公交车上给别人让座,或者给你喜欢的人一件小礼物。你让别人高兴的时候,你自己也高兴,别人也会尽量让你高兴。
第十,总是期待着幸福的到来。

Our life can be happier day by day. Our attitude determines whether we feel happy or unhappy. We will encounter various things everyday, something do nothing good to our sense of happiness. To those unhappy things, we have the right to choose whether to involve them in our mind or not; To those happy things, we also have the right to choose whether to enjoy them or not——all are determined by ourselves. Everyday we go through lots of things. We will be the slave of the world if we allow our emotion be affected by the things happened around us. In this way, our fate will be controlled by the outside? For another aspect, we can completely be free from the affect of the outside world. Let our life be happy and we can do lots of things to make us feel more happier.
What is happiness? Different people have different experiences. In my view, happiness is a kind of feeling, a kind of calm of our heart and a sense of satisfaction, it is a kind of worriless、dreadless、and without any complicated thinkings. We feel happy when the things we have done are something we like to do, besides, it was paid off by something which was thought to be worthy. Happiness seems like the result of something good, actually it is a kind of hearty feeling induced by outside. To most people, happiness is changable, because their lives always affected by the influences from outside. And the best way to maintain happiness is to practise everyday to be calm in mind; a mind of calm easily facilitate a habit of can't stop choosing happiness.
Firstly, you should try to change the perspective of problems, let us always see the positive aspects. Don't trap yourselves in something negative or difficult.
Secondly, you should think about methods to solve the problems, Don't always think about the problem itself.
Thirdly, you should listen to some relax and invigorative music.
Fourthly, you should see some interesting comedy、opusculum or comic dialogue.
Fiftyly, you should spend some time everyday to read invigorative books or articles.
Sixthly, you should be cautious of your mind dynamic. Once you think of something bad, stop as soon as possible and turn to something happy.
Seventhly, you should think about something you have done, don't think something you haven't done. As you get up, you should have thought of several things you need to do, and you will feel unhappy or very depressed, which is due to the fact that the tasks you planed in the morning haven't been completely finished yet.
