     头部
 
  中医认为,“头是诸阳之会”。体内阳气最容易从头部走散掉,如同热水瓶不盖塞子一样,所以,冬季如不重视头部保暖,很容易引发感冒、头痛、鼻炎、牙痛、三叉神经痛等,甚至引发严重的脑血管疾病。因此,冬天选戴一顶合适的帽子是很必要的。 

     背部 

  祖国医学称“背为阳”。冬季里如背部保暖不好,则风寒极易从背部经络上的诸多穴位侵入人体,损伤阳气,使阴阳平衡受到破坏,人体免疫功能下降,抗病能力减弱,诱发许多疾病或使原有病情加重及旧病复发。因此,人们在冬季里加穿一件贴身的棉背心或毛背心以加强背部保暖,是必不可少的。 

     足部

  俗语说“寒从脚下起”。现代医学认为,双脚远离心脏,血液供应不足,长时间下垂,血液循环不畅,皮下脂肪层薄,保温性能差,容易发冷。脚部一旦受凉,便通过神经的反射作用,引起上呼吸道粘膜的血管收缩,血流量减少,抗病能力下降,以致隐藏在鼻咽部的病毒、细菌乘机大量繁殖,引发人体感冒或使气管炎、哮喘、关节炎、痛经、腰腿痛等旧病复发。因此,冬季要注意保持鞋袜温暖干燥,并经常洗晒。平时多走动以促进脚部血液循环。另外,临睡前用热水烫脚后以手掌按摩脚心10分钟,可起到养生保健的作用。
