赚钱容不容易？

    看了这样的问题，相信不同的人有不同的回答。因为人的素质与职业化程度不同，所以答案一定是五花八门。

     职业化程度高、能力强的，对赚钱一定充满信心，不要太容易。一个拍卖师几槌子拍响，可能就是十几万的收入，一年赚个几十万，算是没混好的。一个大课讲师，一个讲场就可以十来万，厉害的，甚至上百万。一个策划师就靠点子，一个策划案可以赚十几万，甚至几十万。一个26岁的女生，在一个年产值几十亿的企业做市场总监，可以年薪20多万，年底效益好，老板还会再给红包……这样的例子不必多举，否则会有很多人要得红眼病，甚至吐血。

    对于有能力的人来说，赚钱容不容易？

    在这样的表象背后，你有看到了什么？

    一个高薪的职位为哪些人而留？一个职业化程度不高的人而留吗？

   笔者在今年三月份，通过猎头公司，去一家外资企业面试。一切都很好，就是在外语一关败下阵来。对方要求必须是口语、书写流利，因为行政副总裁必须能够和总裁或董事长直接交流。这里的行政总裁是与集团公司的副总裁是平级的，董事长与总裁均是外籍人士。因为行政副总裁位置相当重要，有些事情不宜让级别较低的翻译或秘书知道，所以从保密角度考虑，行政副总裁必须具备英语口语、书写流利的能力。

    最终，本人在职业化程度不高的影响下，痛失一个前途无量的位置。因为那个岗位与集团副总裁只有一步之遥。

这个几万人的企业，据说在金融危机的背景下，几乎是正常生产。发展的速度很快，在2010年将在外地再建两个分厂。于是，怀着懊恼与沮丧的心情，我走出了那家公司。我知道，我走出去，就不会再回来。谁让你职业化程度不高？

Concerning on this question, everyone is supposed to reply differently. Given the variable inner quality and professionalization of different person, the answers would be multifarious.

 It is as easy as ABC to make money for those who are with high professionalism, capable and confident in earning money. By using the small mallet, the auctioneer announces the settlement of a deal, which might be a more than a hundred thousand one. Those who can only earn an income of around ￥100,000 are far from good. For a senior lecturer, giving a speech might worth almost ￥10,000, sometimes maybe ￥100,000 for even better ones. A CIOD can earn the similar amount for working out a design just by his ideas. Some girl aged 26, working for a company whose annual product value reaches to several billion as a CMO, can make 200 thousand RMB every year. What’s more, she might get a bonus from the boss when her company gets a good profit that year, etc. Indeed, there is no necessity to spare the effort to give examples like this, or else someone might get really envious.

For those with ability, making money is easy or not?

Whom a position will be reserved for? Is there any possibility for an unprofessional person?

I had a job interview with an overseas-funded company this March through the headhunter. Everything went through smoothly except when it comes to English. They required fluent oral and written in English, in that the vice-president of administration should have first hand exchange of opinions with Chairman of Board and CEO, who are both foreigners. In there, President of administration is at the same level with vice-president of the whole corporation. And also, some important information needs be kept confidential to translators or subordinates. Therefore, a good command of spoken and written English is pretty necessary for the vice-president of administration.

Ultimately, I lost the job for lack of high degree of professionalism, which was a promising one , just a step away from the Vice-president of the whole company.
