  如今多数女性由于常年与办公室为伍,和电脑结亲,工作单调、神情紧张、压力巨大、其中不乏肠胃功能失调者,或过于消瘦,或过于肥胖,或泄泻难止,或便秘不解,令人为之伤神易容,很是烦恼。将火麻仁研碎与大米文火慢熬成粥,每日饮用,即可解此烦恼。火麻仁味甘性平,补中益气,长肌肉,润肠胃,内含不饱和脂肪酸、蛋白质、维生素B1B2、卵磷脂等,营养成分十分丰富,加入大米熬粥调养胃气最佳,最适合日常食用,或作为冬令进补前的“开路剂”之用。

  红枣
  
  红枣是中医补益剂中的常用药物,具有健脾、益气、生血、滋养脏器肌肤的作用。经测定红枣中维生素含量为百果之冠,被人誉为“活维生素丸”。医学研究证明:维生素C能抑制皮肤中多巴醌的氧化作用,减少黑色素的形成,
预防色素沉着。维生素A的重要功能之一是激活和调节表皮细胞的生长,抗角化,所以补充维生素A有助于改进皮肤的水屏障特性,如配合维生素E同时使用可延缓和逆转皮肤的衰老。维生素E则有“青春素”的美称,具有抗氧化和清除自由基的作用,并促进皮肤组织的血液循环。维生素B族有调节皮脂腺分泌的作用。故俗话说的好“一日吃三枣,终身不显老”。
  
  蜂蜜
  
  蜂蜜采百花之精,有女性美容圣药之美称,经常食用蜂蜜可使人“面如桃花”。冬季皮肤干燥缺水少油,而蜂蜜中含有各类丰富的生物活性物质,能改善皮肤的营养,保持皮肤的细嫩光滑。特别是蜂蜜中含有47种微量元素,如锌,铁、钙,镁、钾等都为人体
健康美容所必需。所以它不仅博得东方人的喜爱,在西方也倍受青睐,据传西方医学鼻祖希腊的希波克拉底就长期食用蜂蜜而寿至107岁。蜂蜜既可单独食用,也可与阿胶、红枣、龙眼肉、胡桃、枸杞等制成补膏服用。
  
  玉颜膏
  
  (养阴生津,润肤玉颜)
  玉竹500克,白蜜250克,选肥白玉竹切成粗末,加水煎熬三次去渣浓缩,加白蜜收膏。每日早晚空腹30克,以白水冲饮。 
  
  仙人粥(
防老去皱)
  
  制首乌30、粳米60克、红枣20颗,用竹片刮去首乌皮,切片煎取浓汁去渣,将浓汁同粳米、红枣於砂锅内煮粥,熟时加适量红糖,再煮沸即成。早晚空腹食用,7-10天为一疗程,隔5天后再食用。   
  
  龙眼&枸杞
  
  龙眼又名为桂圆,味甘性平,有养心安神,滋阴补血的功效,最适合于体弱多病,心悸失眠、面色无华的女性进补之用。将龙服肉加冰糖熬制成“玉灵膏”,每天早晚冲服一汤匙,简单方便易于保存。据古书记载枸杞则有“补精气诸不足,易颜色、变白……令人长寿”之效。唐朝大诗人刘禹锡赞它为“上品功能甘露味,还知一勺可延龄”。现代社会竞争激烈,最易损耗精气,如在工作之隙不忘饮上一杯红润甘美,味如葡萄的枸杞茶,可算得上现代女性一种善待自身珍惜生命的完美体现。
  
  莲子龙眼汤(补血润肤,
美白养颜)
  
  莲子30克、芡实30克、米仁50克、龙眼肉8克,加水500毫升,微火煮1小时,用少许蜂蜜调味,1次服完,并将莲子与汤同饮。
  
  胡桃&芝麻
  
  胡桃民间又称长寿果,有强身健脑,养颜益容之功。据说慈禧太后年老而面容不衰,即与常食胡桃肉有关。黑芝麻中含有丰富的胱氨酸和维生素B和E,可增加皮脂分泌,改善皮肤弹性,保持皮肤细腻、被日本学者称为
改变皮肤粗糙的最佳食物。芝麻和核桃中含有丰富的维生素E、不饱和脂肪酸,能营养大脑、皮肤,延缓衰老、滋补养颜,并迅速补充体力,若将胡桃肉和黑芝麻研碎合用,真可谓珠联璧合,相得益彰,称得上事半功倍。用脑过度、神经衰弱,体虚疲乏,皮肤干燥者饮用尤好。
  
  核桃芝麻牛奶(补脑益智滋润肌肤)
  
  芝麻1小匙、核桃10克,牛奶200毫升,黄豆粉2大匙、蜂蜜1大匙。芝麻研磨,核桃去除薄膜后粗粗地研碎,然后全部放人果汁机中打成果汁。
  
  南瓜子&花生&猪皮
  
  女性激素是维持女性生理机能和健美重要的物质基础,如女性激素水平过低就将导致月经失调,甚至于闭经,并影响到皮肤,乳房、形体的健美。最新科学研究发现,在南瓜子、大豆等植物中就存在着一种类似性激素的物质成分。李时珍在《本草纲目》称南瓜子能“补中益气”,由此看来确非虚言。如女性朋友中有激素水平偏低者,不妨以南瓜子食补一试其效。是女人都不想一马平川,拥有“太平公主”这个难堪的称号,胸部平坦很重要的原因,就是体内性激素水平偏低,乳腺营养不良,此时不妨以花生猪手煲汤一试,猪蹄中含有丰富的胶原蛋白,补血通乳,中医常用于产后催乳。花生含有人体所必需的八种氨基酸,丰富的脂肪油、以及钙、铁,维生素E等营养物质,对女性也有催乳、增乳作用,两者合用会给“太平公主”们带来意外地惊喜。该膳食还能润滑肌肤,对预防皮肤干燥、皱纹、衰老大有益处。冬季气候寒冷干燥,汗液和油脂分泌功能抑制、皮肤缺水少油,失于滋润,出现干燥、皱纹,甚至发生皲裂。
滋润皮肤是女性的首要任务,最佳的选择莫过于常食猪皮。《神农本草经》称猪皮能“和血脉、润肌肤”,科学研究发现:猪皮中含有大量维持皮肤储水功能所需的胶原蛋白和硬化蛋白。常食猪皮能增加蛋白质的摄入量,防止皮肤缺水,保护皮肤的弹性,预防皮肤松弛和皱纹的出现。而且猪皮中脂肪含量仪为猪肉的1/2,长久食用完全不必担心身体的肥胖。中医在女性服用的进补膏方中一般都喜爱使用阿胶,阿胶系黑驴皮由泉水熬制而成,营养成分与猪皮相似,是一味女性使用频率最高,且具有滋阴补血,养颜护肤的天然保健药物。
  
  南乳花生猪手煲(
丰胸美胸)
  
  猪手(猪蹄)1只、花生仁60克,南乳汁100克酒1/2杯、盐1小匙。猪手去毛开水氽烫,洗净切块,花生仁洗净,同放入煲中,再将酒,水、南乳汁一起倒入文火焖煮至肉酥即可。

Mash fructus cannabis(火麻仁) into powder. Mix the powder with rice and water. Then simmer the mixture until it becomes congee. A daily dose of the congee can free you from digestive problems. Tasting slightly sweet, fructus cannabis has the property of soothing nerves, strengthening muscles and lubricating digestive system and thus benefiting the whole body. With its rich nutrients including unsaturated fat acid, protein, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, and lecithin(卵磷脂), fructus cannabis congee is a winter preference. 

  

Red date

Red date is commonly used in Chinese medical practice, for it is propitious to spleen-invigorating, energy-boosting, blood-producing and skin-nourishing. According to scientific studies, red date contains the most amount of vitamins among the fruit family for which it is crowned as “living vitamin pill”. It has been proved that Vitamin C can restrain the oxidization of skin, reduce the amount of melanin(黑色素) and prevent pigmentation(色素沉着). One of the key functions of Vitamin A is that it can stimulate and regulate the metabolism of epidermal cells as well as prevent cornification(角化). What's more, Vitamin A helps retain moisture of skin. A plus of Vitamin E can slow down and even reverse the aging of skin. Vitamin E, crowned as “fountain of the youth” and featuring its anti-oxidization and anti-freeradical property, can improve blood circulation of skin. Vitamin B can regulate the secretion of sebaceous gland. With all these miracles the vitamin family are able to make, it is no wonder the saying goes “three red dates a day, keep old age away.”
  
  Honey
  
  Regular intake of honey keeps your face young. That’s the wonder honey, the so called beauty fountain, is able to make. With abundance of bioactivators, honey helps nourish the skin which is essential in winter days when the skin tends to be dry. The 47 microelements contained in honey, including zinc, iron, calcium, magnesium and kalium,  are key to the fitness of our body and skin. That’s why honey becomes an universal favorite. It is said that Hippocrates, originator of the western medicine, had sworn a daily dose of honey and thus enjoyed a life of 107 years. Honey can be enjoyed alone, or with other tonics such as red date, longan, walnut, and medlar.


  Beauty gelatin
 (nourish the skin and beautify the complexion)  
  Polygonatum500g, honey 250g. Chop the polygonatum into small pieces, add water and simmer for three times. Fish out the dregs and add in the honey. Then let the mixture coagulate. Take 30g each morning and evening.

  Immortal congee( slow down aging and wipe out wrinkles)
  Tuber of multiflower knotweed 30g, rice 60g, 20 red dates. Peel the tuber, slice it and simmer it for its juice. Add the rice and red dates into the juice and cook the mixture in earthen pot. When it boils, add proper amount of brown sugar. Take the congee in the morning and evening(don’t eat anything beforehand). 7-10 days serves as one course of treatment. Allow a 5-day break between the courses.


  Longan & Medlar
  Longan tastes sweet, with the property of soothing nerves, nourishing the body and helping blood-producing. It is a best choice for women who suffer from weakness and insomnia. Add sugar candy into longan and cook the mixture till it coagulates. Take a spoon of the coagulation each morning and evening. According to ancient recordation, medlar has the function of “boosting energy, beautifying complexion…and helping longevity.” Liu Yu Xi, a great poet in the Tang Dynasty praised it to be “the fountain of longevity”. In this highly competitive society, many are troubled by fatigue. But don’t get frustrated, the medlar tea can beat fatigue and perfect your life.
  
  Lotus seed and longan soup(nourish and beautify your skin)
  Lotus seed 30g, Semen Euryale’s(芡实)30g, Jobstears seed(米仁)50glongan 8g. Add in water 500ml, simmer for 1 hour, then add in honey.
  
  Walnut & Sesame
  Walnut is praised as the fruit of longevity by common folks, for its property of strengthening the body and brain and improving the complexion. It is said that the secret of Ci Xi (A queen in the late Qing Dyansty) being able to keep a young face lies in walnut. Black sesame contains rich amount of cystin(胱氨酸) and Vitamin B and Vitamin E. and thus it is said to be the best food for improving coarse skin. Both sesame and walnut contains rich amount of Vitamin E and unsaturated fat acid, which can nourish the brain and skin and therefore slow down aging and boost energy. The mixture of walnut and sesame is the best choice for those who have a fragile nerve, weak body and dry skin.
  
  Walnut & Sesame & Milk( strengthen the brain and nourish the skin)
  Sesame 1 teaspoon, walnut 10g, milk 200ml, soybean powder 2 spoon, honey 1 spoon. Mash the sesame and walnut into powder, put all the ingredients into blender to make juice.
  
  Pumpkin seed & Peanut & pigskin

Hormone is the key to women’s biological balance and fitness. Lack of hormone will lead to menses disorders, which affects the fitness of skin, breast and the whole body. According to recent scientific studies, there is a substance similar to hormone in pumpkin seed and soybean. In “Ben Cao Gang Mu”, a famous medicine work by Li Shi Zhen, Li says pumpkin seed is propitious to “regulating body liquids and boosting energy”. If your suffer from lack of hormone, you can try pumpkin seed. If you have a flat breast, don’t be frustrated, try the peanut&pettitoes(猪手) soup, which contains rich collagen and often used in Chinese medical practice to help breast feed in the post-natal period. The eight amino acids and other nutrients such as calcium, iron and Vitamin E included in peanut can also help improve breast condition. The mixture of peanut and pigskin can work out wonders for those with breast problems. This recipe also helps prevent wrinkles and aging by nourishing the skin. Due to the dryness and coldness of winter, the secretion of sweat and grease is restrained, leading to dry and wrinkled skin and even chaps. So to nourish the skin should be the priority for ladies, and the best choice should be pigskin. Why? In “Shen Nong Ben Cao Jing”, it is recorded that pigskin can regulate blood flow and nourish skin. Scientific studies have also proved this. It has been discovered that pigskin contains great amount of collagen and hardened protein which help lock moisture in the skin. Regular intake of pigskin can improve the elasticity and condition of skin and prevent dry and wrinkled skin. The amount of fat of pig meat doubles that of pigskin, so you don’t have to worry about weight gaining concerning eating pigskin. Donkey-skin gelatin(e jiao) is a preference for women in Chinese medicine. It is a commonly used for it’s able to help blood-producing and skin-nourishing, which can be compared to the function of pigskin.
  
  Fermented beancurd & Peanut & pettitoes

Pettitoes, peanut 60g, fermented beancurd latex 100g, wine 1/2 glass, salt 1 teaspoon. Rinse the pettitoes in boiled water. Chop it into small pieces. Add all the ingredients into pot and simmer till it is boiled.
