4、服饰。服饰也代表个人修养。所以在商务交往中，服饰最关键的一个问题，就是要选择搭配到位。首先要适合你的身份，适合你的地位。其次要把不同的服装搭配在一起，要给人和谐的美感。
5、 谈吐。就是语言，要讲普通话。第一要压低声量，打电话和谈话能声音过大，声音过大显的没有修养。受教育程度不高。说话的声音低一点有二个好处，一是符合规 范，二是比较悦耳动听。第二、慎选内容，言为心声。你所讨论的问题，首先是你的所思所想，要知道该谈什么不该谈什么。第三、在商务交往中谈吐时礼貌用语的 使用也是很重要的，前面已经说了。
6、待人接物。有三个基本事项，事关你的形象。第一诚信为本；第二遵法守纪；第三”遵时守约”。时间就是生命、时间就是效益，商务交往中必须要遵守时间，这关系到三点：一、是对人尊重不尊重的表现，二、你尊重不尊重自己， 尊重别人就是尊重自己，自己讲不讲信誉；三、你有没有现代意识，不遵守时间就是没有现代意识的表现。

People in professional stage, personal image is very important. Because our personal images
represent the corporate images, the product and service images of of our enterprises. What is image? Image is external impressions and appraisals to us. It consists two parts, one is popalarity, the other is reputation.
The importantance of image is self-evident. "Judge people solely by their appearance", "first
impression", "first impressions are strongest", etc all speak volumes for the importantance of personal image. Good image can make you obtain unexpected results in daily human association and daily work association. First impression of primary association often affects further relations with each other.
So how we should design our personal images? Generally speaking, above all is nevertheless the issue of personal position. By and large, there are mainly six issues.
1. Appearance, that is to say, exterior condition. The focal points are head and hands, we can't see others. Head and hands are very important, vibrissa can't be too long, no scurfs. 4.Dress.It also represents personal cultivation. So the vital issue of dress is right pair of selections in business associations. It should first fit your identity and status, then should give others harmonious beauty.
5.Conversation. It is only language, you should speak Mandarin. Firstly, hold your volume down, don't be too loud when calling and talking, it's obvious uncultivated when your sound are too loud. Two advantages of speaking lower when your educational status is not high, one is in accordance with norm, the other is more melodious and pleasant. Secondly, select your contents prudently, speech is the picture of the mind. The issue you discussed first is your thoughts and thinkings, make sure what should talk and what shouln't talk. 6.Dealings. There are three basic aspects concerned your image. Firstly, honesty oriented; secondly, observe the relevant code of conduct and the law; thirdly, punctuality and keep an appointment. Time is life, is benefit, you must be punctual in the business associations. This concerns three points: representation of respecting or not respecting others; respecting or not respecting yourself,respecting others is respecting yourself; having or not having modern thinking, not be punctual is the representation of not having modern thinking.
